This Saturday I had the team at Taunton Tire do 8 mount and balance of tires. Cierra I believe her name was, was very friendly and efficient with dealing with the line up before the doors opened. J.J was my technician he was friendly and efficient given it was a bigger job it did take longer than a seasonal swap. I had to return after completion as one of the valve stems for tire pressure sensor broke some how. They were quick and efficient with fixing it for me, at no charge to me. While it was more pricey than what I wanted to spend it was well worth it given the level of service I received. Will certainly be returning for anything I may need automotive tire wise.
We are new to the area and this was my second trip to Taunton Tire. Just like my last experience the customer service and work provided was excellent. I called at 8am today and Katie was able to fit me in for 2pm despite being heavily booked.
I was greeted promptly, and respectfully both by one of the many people working reception and by Devon, the technician working on my mini.
Devon had my snow tire switched over quickly and my regular wheels bagged and packed into my trunk in no time.
It’s also worth noting that the cost of switching from regular tires to snows was literally half what I was quoted by my dealer. Taunton tire will be my go to from now on; and again thank you Katie and Devon for your excellent work!
Katie was great and found me the set of winter tires that I could afford and that were proper for my car. Nick installed them and did a great job. He was quick and balanced them perfect. He also wrapped up my old summer tires and set them in my trunk. Great place! Great people! Great pricing too!
I have been a very long time customer of Taunton Tire. They are the only place I will ever go to for my tire And rim care. The overall service is amazing but for me the number one reason I return is because of Tire Tech Russell.Russell takes amazing care of my car and tires always let me know if I need to replace anything or if my tires are in good shape for the following year. I always ask for Russell - he’s the best in the business! thank you Russell for always taking such great care of my baby!
I just had my snow tires put on by Kyle. He was super friendly and very efficient. I was impressed that he left my tire pressure displayed on my dash so that I was aware they were exactly where they should be. Katie's excellent customer service when she cashed me out was appreciated. I'll definitely be back!
I dealt with Matt, Owen and kyle and russell are great at what they do. They are extremely customer oriented, quick and precise and extremely knowledgable Addressed my needs. Highly recommend coming here! All the staff are great and will make sure you leave happy
Spoke with Ty, told him what I was looking for and he set me up with a rim and tire package that fit perfectly no rubbing. Then had Russell remove my old tires and put together the new ones and he took his time treating my rims (old and new ) as If they where his own making sure there was no damage to anything and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Would 100% recommend coming here for service.
I had an unexpected flat tire, and Judge and Nick went above and beyond to help me out. Despite not having an appointment, they got me in quickly and efficiently patched up my tire. Their friendly and accommodating service was truly appreciated. I highly recommend their assistance!
